We ordered what we had hoped to be our wedding bands from this company. We went to a jeweler to be sized prior to ordering our rings.in addition, we made several attempts to contact the company prior to placing our order. The phone # on the site is nothing more than an answering service that can not answer a single question.
We ordered our rings from them anyway and when we received them, neither of our rings fit. Wood-rings.com wanted to charge us 1/2 of the original order price in order to send us new sizes. This would have been almost $600! We took the rings to 2 other jewelers one said the rings were sized wrong, and one told us that because of the rings' thickness, that the sizing is different from the standard. If this is the case, this is NOT common knowledge, and is NOT mentioned on the website as it most definitely should be.
After numerous attempts to come to some sort of compromise with the owner, he would not budge. Don't buy from this company.
