I wanted to order my mom flowers just because. I ordered them on June 28th and wanted them to be delivered on July 3rd. Since it is summer and it gets 105 degrees here I agreed to the additional charge to have them delivered by noon. After I paid (using pay pal) I received my receipt but no where on it did it show my card message. I emailed Customer Service to make sure my message would arrive with the flowers and never heard a response. July 3rd I called at 8am my time to make sure they would be delivered on time. They looked it up in the computer and said Yes it shows it will be there by noon. They couldn't tell me what local florist they were using due to their contract.

12:30 rolls around and still no flowers so I make another phone call. They are sorry and they will contact the seller via email (they told me due to their contract they can only contact the florist via email) and let me know what's going on so for me to call back in an hour.
