I have been parking above the bus terminal in downtown Denver for 6 years. A few times I have realized that my credit card was charged twice and have attributed it to the faulty machine. I have not bothered to spend the time to correct this. There are no telephone numbers online to call and make a claim. Parking is $5 -less than most - so I figure it has evened out over time. Their machine is often out of paper, so you pay and leave a note on windshield.
Yesterday I went to park and machine was out of order. They left a ticket on car for me (and many others) to pay $5 fee and $25 fine. If you pay within 14 days, you may deduct $20. That is still overcharging customers $5 EACH because the company's faulty equipment did not enable them to pay. Easy way to make money. Don't bother to fix the machine and charge twice as much!!! I am sure I am not the only customer who will never use this parking facility again. Deceived in Denve
