We paid for two nights of parking and were still given a $75 ticket. I called and they stated that the ticket was removed. We later got a bill and have disposed of the tickets and can no longer prove that we paid for two nights. They had sent a photo proving that two nights were paid for. We filed a BBB compliant and found out that they had 46 complaints for the same issue withing 36 months.
We have reported this fraudulent activity to J. Thompson, the City Manager their contract. We are contacting the authorities now for criminal fraud. Their staff in Denver, a woman named Constance, hung up on me upon telling her that a staff had already said that were were charged in error and that charges were removed.
Here are the list of the 46 complaints and it seems like you find many ways to issue $75 tickets.
