On Labor day I was shopping with my family and saw this store. I planned on buying a large (and expensive!) sign from this store. While we were looking through the extremely crowded downstairs, my 16 year old daughter squeezed past a bar stool in the aisle. A man who was rifling through a box looked up and told her that "this area is closed". My daughter said, "Oh, sorry", but the the man launched into a tirade about "there's a reason why that stool was there!" We turned around and left, but found out that this guy was the owner. A woman working upstairs apologized profusely about the man's behavior and said he did that a lot, but we were still shocked by how rude he was.
