Received quote from Nice Movers INC to relocate my family from one residence in Red Bank, NJ to another residence in Red Bank, NJ. Quote was right in the middle of all the other companies we received quotes from and they said they almost always come in at their quotes. We were even given a high estimate of 6 hours. Company showed up with 4 men and a truck that clearly looked like it wouldn't fit all of our items. They couldn't fit everything into the truck and nearly spent two hours trying to figure out how they would fit everything. We finally told them to close up the truck and leave items at our old residence. They got to the new house and started unpacking and then the head mover approached me about the bill. Cost was double the amount we were quoted and they left about a dozen boxes on the truck until they were assured that payment was received in full. I put it on my credit card and will be disputing the charges. Company is not trustworthy and even after voicing my concerns to the manager, was not treated properly.
