This company gives you a low quote with the items you list. Once the movers have the belonging in the truck, you will receive a call the next day from a manager stating the overage of the cubic footage of the amount in the truck.
The original person you were dealing with will not be available, and some lady named michelle who claims to be the manager will say that she is the only person on site.
This company has been sited several times with a moving site complain center. It was my fault for not heeding the warning and going with the quote. Now I am paying more, and almost double the quote. About 3/4 more than the avarage quotes other movers quoted.
Warning, do not use this company if you want stress in your hands. Go with the other movers, do not fall for their low quote. I asked them about the earlier complaints, and they said that it was customers who added items and wanted the original quote. Not in this case, if ever the items were very accurate and ever less. Do not fall for the nice lady who takes the order, once there is a problem a manager will not be very accomodating, and threatens to hold your belongings until you pay the balance.
Pure extortion! WARNING, DO NOT USE this movers. Check the site of complaints, and the better business bureau.
