I talked to these people on the phone about getting a pardon in order to travel. They said that they would be happy to help and asked for my credit card number to make a deposit on their service. I waited two weeks and did not get the aplication forms that they said they were sending. Getting impaitient, I went to the local police to get my criminal record check. The police did the check and told me that I did not have a criminal record and did not need a pardon. I assumed that if I had not filled out the forms that Express Pardons had supossedly sent I would not be charged for a pardon if they did no work. I was shocked to get my credit card bill and found that they had charged the full $700 fee, not just a deposit, the first day I had called them. They would not return my calls. The forms did come after all but it was over two weeks from when I talked to them on the phone and they charged my card. I called the Better Business Bureau and found there were many complaints against this company. I thought they were a legitimate business but they are a scam and now I am fighting with my credit card company to void this transaction.
