My husband just found out from pardons canada that joe black never applied for a pardon which he paid for in 2009. When asked what the delay was, twice, joe stalled by saying an unpaid dwi fine would take 3 more years. That's why my husband didn't bother this scumbag. I found the status website for pardons canada 2 days ago. This scammer delayed the obvious, sure; but it has impacted our marriage because after years of no pardon i suspected my husband was ineligible for a pardon and was lying about more serious charges... And in the meantime the application fee has risen $500... Thanks a lot joe!!!
