I have owned my Keurig for a year and a half. It has been an extremely high maintenance product. I did all of their trouble shooting tips and it still will not brew me a cup of coffee. I called customer service that told me they would gladly replace my expensive appliance for another $80.00. Save the money, time, and hassle and buy a Cuisinart. I at least expected better customer service after all the money spent on their product.
