Kelli R Carney the owner of Earpopzbykelli committed fraud by making multiple unauthorized purchases with another persons credit card and PayPal account to fund the earring/jewelry business she runs. When approached about this the owner was uncooperative and refused to take responsibility for the crime. Dont support criminal activity.
