Kelli is marketing herself as part of a mother & daughter team. Her mother, Shirley Ham, does not hold an active texas real estate license. When working with Kelli make sure you get everything in writing when changing the contract. Don't rely on text messages or phone calls. Double check her work when the listing is on MLS. Ask her to send you a screen print from the realtor only site to make sure she did her job correctly. This is where I made my mistake. I did not verify what was not on the public MLS and it cost me additional money.
