Mike Carney is a well know crook who is committing fraud. He is stealing the money from the State and Federal government and not giving the services to the children they are paying for. He also is keeping the money that is paid by the parents for the children's tutoring. He is supposed to pay his tutors but is keeping the money and not paying them too. There are many complaints about this crook and soon a FBI related investigation to take place. If you see Mike Carney or hear of his company opening or doing business report the local police department.
