I have a pre-paid Wal-Mart visa card and found that Terry P Carney Parchment had billed my card for $41.21 and I contacted Wal-Mart money card and was told that Terry P Carney is a wholesale business located in Massachusetts and I needed to call information for the listing and dispute the charge. I called the only company listed by that name and they are a construction business located in Oregon who says they receive many such inquiries from angry people and they have no affiliation to the company that charged me. I am upset and hope that visa will do the right thing and help me recover my money. Who is this Terry p Carney Inc Parchment anyway and how do losers like this acquire pre-paid card information. I only use my pre-paid card for daily needs like for gas and at wal-mart the only other place that that has my number is WEN hair products for which I pay from my card monthly.
