My wife and I were looking to buy our first home. We found a home that we loved. Melissa Bajsa from Keller Williams was the realtor and owner and her husband, Chris Bajsa, presented himself as the contractor but upon futher inspection he does not have a contractors license nor does he work under any other companies license. There were things they were supposed to fix before we moved in like the garage door which they told us they put a new motor in but it does not work. When we moved in we found the the plumbing is backwards, the kitchen sink underneath was not even put together so when I turned on the water it poured out under the sink, the sliding doors going to the outside do not shut. These are just a few of the things that we were willing to chalk up as first time homeowners problems.
We then called two different contractors out to get an estimate on putting on gutter over the pool because they painted it instead of marciting it and everytime it rained dirt poured into the pool and it turns green. Both contractors pointed out that they couldn't do it because the soffit and fashia were put on wrong and water was leaking in behind it. This was noticed without even having to get on the roof. Once we pulled it off we found that the roof was rotted underneath it. They bought the house in November and we bought the house in Febuary of 2012 so anyone who knows anything about roof know that it doesn't happen that fast. When we contacted them we were told it was not their problem and that they didn't replace but if you go to their facebook pages they have pictures saying they replaced it. We called our inspector who told us with the way it was covered up he couldn't have seen it even though we paid for a wind mitigation. His name is Tom Sheek.
Then we had a couple of days of rain and water started pouring into our house. Not dripping pouring down the walls a through the ceilling. Now we have to have a new roof put on and we have only lived here two months. We found out that Chris did not even pull a single permit for the full remodle they did on our house. Which will cause us problems if we ever decide to sell. These people are selling their homes through Keller Williams in Lakeland. They also use the name Chime group, and CMTG Enterprises. If you look up Melissa Allen Bajsa on facebook she has Chime group on her page and the address of the houses they are selling. They are not remodeling these houses but covering up problems to get them sold and then letting you deal with it
