VERY POOR SERVICE and no reply after 12 days

Hi I am a airtel digital tv coustmer from the past 3 years. My coustmer id is 3000367216. From the past 12 days my airtel connection (tv) is not working and giving me a SM6 error. I have tried calling the coustmer care 6 times but no response...

I complained SIX times but they couldn't solve the issue after 12 days. I am still fighting with error and trouble...

We recommended to everyone. Never use airtel digital tv. That's why now i am going to buy new one from TATA SKY.

If you have time and money to waist then please go and buy article digital TV.
