I am having an airtel prepaid connection no 9929788024 and am using on blackberry handset. I had activated the Airtel's Blackberry 299 plan on it. It worked fine for about 15 days. Thereafter I though of upgrading it to Blackberry 899 plan. I sent the SMS for activating 899 plan. My 299 plan got deactivated, however 899 plan has not been activated even after 8 days and regular reminders and calls to customer care (7070). The customer care everyday promises that it will be done within next 24 hours however it hasnt happened.
Had never faced such a poor service from airtel before.
This kind of poor service from company like AIRTEL is v disheartening and leaves no choice than to lose faith in it.
