1999- left to stay at relatives while work "progressed". Left sign on commode - 'Do not use'. (Due to well pump/priming problems (well pump turned off at switchbox in garage), and septic/draining issues.) Returned to a stagnant urine pool in toilet - (I later cleaned it out), and a well pump that burned out shortly thereafter. (Meantime, a new (used once), Sears circular saw of mine disappeared).
Lowest grade materials were used: Door knobs are pitted - lowest grade FLAT wall paint in upper bathroom has allowed widespread mold and deterioration of underlying sheetrock-no back-priming of bathroom wood trim, resulting in mold and rot and water leaks through second floor ceiling to first floor. The one (1)!! Item proudly touted on the contract as being installed (part of the contract) was a Kohler kitchen sink faucet, and it failed (broke) after 10 years. Bathroom tile noise indicates water from shower is now underneath...
