I was in a wedding on Saturday June, 23. When the dresses arrived, everyone had a perfect fit, except for me. The side piece was falling apart and the seams were coming out. The dress drooped in the front, and it took 3 different people to make it look halfway decent. I contacted the store, and was told that there would be no refund because the dress was altered. I called the woman who alters the dresses and she said her only alterations were the straps and the length. So I contacted the store again... And they refuse to allow me to talk to a manager or the owner. I figured they could make this right, especially since the woman in the store assured me that I was fitted in the store for this dress. No one has $130.00 to throw away on a dress that is falling apart. I refuse to let this one go.
Especially when I was the only one in the entire wedding with an ugly fitting dress. They dont even want to discuss it with me, passing me from store to store.
