I have been renting storage space at Stor Quest since January and part of that service includes receiving parcels and letters. I have problems receiving some mail because I live on a private street. My bank needed another address to send my debit card to. So I gave them the address and unit number of the storage facility. Big mistake. My bank has tried to send me a debit card, not once, but twice, and both have simply disappeared. They're demanding a tracking number or some proof that the cards were sent to that address.
However, sending a rate increase notice late, is perfectly ok to them, and they expect me to accept the terms without question. Somehow it took them over a week to send a letter across town. That's a lie. And what's worse, they tell me that they raised my rent because I've been there 6 months. What kind of business punishes people for their patronage?
Beware, they will raise your rent 6 months after you move in, and again 6 months after that.
