Wish I had read all the other horrible reviews before I placed an order with Blooms Today. The first order was cancelled three days later when it was too late for the order to arrive in time for my friend's birthday. When I called customer sevice they said the arrangement I requested could not be filled but they would send a similar arrangement at a discounted price. It took a few hours to get an email saying that order was cancelled also. Sorry folks, "sorry" just doesn't do it after two failed orders. Maybe Blooms Today should send us all a free bouquet to make up for the lousy service.
