Placed next day delivery, but emailed me at 11pm next day saying they weren't able to make delivery. I called next morning and rescheduled for same day delivery, but called me 2 days after and told me they still did not make the delivery and asked me if I want to cancel the order. After cancelling the order, they emailed me 40% discount coupon via email and tried to use it but doesn't work.
