The first time I ordered with Bloomex they were unable to make the delivery in time.By then my Mom had left the hospital and they wanted extra money for a home delivery. I opted for a store credit (minus the delivery cost). Then when I was ready to use it I also had a coupon. They would not let me use the coupon at the same time as my store credit. Everyone I talked to was very rude about it. So, I made the new order without my discount and had to pay the full delivery again even though I had enough credit to cover it. No one at Bloomex understands the value of repeat customers. I will NEVER order with them again!
