I purchased my 2 cell phones through AmericanCell.com because I saw that when you purchase through them they include rebates to cover the expenses of your phone making them free. When my phones arrived they came with 2 $50.00 wireless device rebates and 2 $80.00 loyalty customer rebates. I read the entire fine print and mailed them out exactly as instructed and kept copies of everything. I received the first 2 rebates but have not seen the other 2. I called and actually spoke to a woman who told me that they were still being processed and that it can take another couple of weeks.
Then I received a letter stating that all valid rebate amounts have been paid but I still did not receive the other 2 rebates. Of course I tried calling again but no one seems to answer and the web site keeps stating that there is an error with the page. Then I decided to google this rebate company and saw that I am not the only person that this has happened to. It makes me very upset that they can get away with this. I doubt that I will ever see the rest of the money that is owed to me but I will still keep trying to reach them and hopefully something comes of it.
