I come here and i see that others have the same issue with this company erc inc there real phone # 1-239-263-5004 not the one on the reciept my issue is that i have 120 day before they can do anything well after 9 weeks that i have not recieve the art magazine at the price of 63.00 i give them a call and they use my reciept to not answer any questions and when you get fustrated with them and ask them to pull your name they then put me on hold and then come back and say that i am being rude and will not talk to me and to call back at at another day i will up date this as the 120 days are comming to an end
