My trucking company hauled heavy equipment across the country for Priscilla Dean the owner of My Lady Logistics. My Lady Logistics is a freight brokerage company which goes online to find out who needs product hauled and then they subcontract the haul to trucking companies such as ours. My Lady Logistics got paid by their client the same day that my trucking company delivered the equipment. Priscilla Dean avoids our phone calls, letters and emails.
We have turned the check of to the State Attorney's Office in DuPage County (IL) to prosecute her for the NSF check. The amount of the NSF check is a Felony. We are told that she will be arrested very soon.
