We are a trucking company that hauled multiple loads with Genesis Trucking & Logistics. We've made serveral phone calls in an attempt to collect the money that is due to us. When we've talked with someone, you can't trust anything they say. They've told usa checkis in the mail it's never been recieved. They've also told us they have 'banking issues'. The last couple of weeks our NUMEROUSphone calls have been completely ignored!
We've done our part, the work was done on time. We'rewaiting for Genesis to do the same. Afterall theircontract states they pay 30 days from receipt. We're going on 90 days in the amount of $8100.00.
