Ripoff unable to do work bidded on and price overcharging

Failed to comply with Department of Enviromental Protection to implement effective Best Management Practices. Failure of earth disturbance activities to comply with permit conditions and failed to use proper road constructing practices.

Would not do all work that was bid on and did not have the proper equipment to do the work that was bid on and overcharged the the bid price.
