This guy is nothing but a liar and a cheat. Its too bad the legal system lets guys like him continue to practice law. This guy just sucked up my money for a year and a half (1 1/2) He never did anything for me. Suck a* attorney.
When I told him I wanted to get my case wrapped up he told me to let him do his job. I told him he has had over a year to get started, then He wanted more money out of me. I already paid him $32,000 and I my case never went anywhere. Since I stopped paying him he fired me and told me to get lost.
The bar association of AZ told me his actions were not Moral but there is nothing they can do. Give me a Break! Where is the balance of accountably? I go to an attorney to seek help and then the attorney screws me some more. Just because a guy works hard for a living does it mean I have to get ripped off all the time?
I guess one has to take the law in your own hands and pray others dont get taken by this a* hole. Beware of Mark McCain in Phoenix AZ. Rip Off Con artist with a license to portray himself as an attorney. Just remember what go's around come's around a* hole. You better Keep your eyes open..
