I purchased a guitar part (Ibanez 2FA1C10LC FAT10 TREM SET/CHROME) from this website as in stock and received an email that my order was in progress. I additionally received the ability to log into the site and check on my order. After a few weeks, I returned to check on the status of my order which was still awaiting shipping. After 4 weeks my order went into the following status
