In January I paid $600. For a 42" TV and Walmart will not take it back, fix it or refund my money. After 4 1/2 months, there are lines running through it and once in awhile the screen will go totally black. They said that they do not take returns after 30 days and I asked when the heck that went into effect especially since I had my receipt. Their final word was that they can't do anything. I know when I worked at Walmart, the policy was all returns with receipts and they were a whole lot more courteous and wanted to please the consumer. Well I guess they have made all the money they need so now it is time to mess over the little people. I am 65 and I save for almost 2 years to get that tv. It is definitely the last major purchase I ever make with Walmart..
