As an International Sales Director for a medical equipment company, I understand the impact that oustanding service can have on a customer's level of satisfaction.in a time where personalized products and customer service are often forgotten, I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased with my Sportsmemorabilia.com experience!
From start to finish, I could not have asked for more. If half of the sales associates with Sportsmemorabilia.com are half as attentive and responsive as Antonio Marshall was to me, they should have a very happy customer base. Antonio provided me with my quotes (both verbally and in writing!) so promptly and professionally, that I placed my first order that same afternoon. Additionally, he worked with me to ensure that I would receive my order as quickly as possible.
Fast forward to today when my order arrived: My beautifully framed 2012 Kentucky Derby prints look even better than advertised! I ordered 10 of them and they all arrived safely and on time. I had planned to send all of the prints to our international clients as appreciation gifts, but now half of our office staff (myself included!) is trying to take them home. They were a huge hit!
