I'm very dissatisfied with this company, its not just one thing. Its been many. Today I paid my bill different than normal. I paid at a gas station that does bill pay. I called dish to let them know and have information payment reciept and gave them the number and address of where I paid, and now my service is suspended for something I DID pay, also prior to this I had problems with the DVR box, so they mailed me a newer one, by the way,
The man I spoke with claimed I had an old model and I would recieve a newer one, it looked just Luke the old model, and when it came to upgrade I added more rooms and when the tech came out, I had been charged for like 3 or 4 months for the other box as well! I wasn't even using it! They never offered to credit my account or anything. If direct tv wasn't so high I would definitely switch to them, because dish has been a pain since I started up with them.
