Mci worldcom wireless - incompetent company

MCI Worldcom Wireless is the most rude, incompetent, lieing group of individuals I have ever dealt with in my life. Before I go on, please report them to the Better Business Bureau. I did this in December and you can do it online.

February I signed up for a new plan with them (had been a customer for 2 years prior) and that's when it went down hill. The phone keeps roaming and they can't stop it. It stops my caller ID for no reason and they have to reset. I have to call every month to get my roaming charges credited and we all know that means 30 minutes minimum on hold and that's when or if you get through.

Since September (5 months ago), I have been trying to get roaming charges credited to my account. They never do this and today they cut off my phone. After screaming at the collections department they transferred me to customer service (totally worthless individuals). They said it would take 1-3 days to turn it back on even though it was there error. I said no, that was unacceptable and wanted to speak to supervisor. She put me on hold and eventually disconnected me. No supervisor has returned the call. They never return calls or emails, I ought to know. I've sent numerous emails and requested 5 call backs and never received anything.

This company should be closed forever and everyone who has ever had to deal with them should be compensated for their time on hold and mental cruelty.
