A few months ago I ordered ink toner for my laser printer from Ink Raven. I called the toll-free number, I got from their internet site, to verify if they would accept a money order by mail. I sent the money and description of item to them.
After 10 days, I called to inform them I had not received the purchased item. They told me their had been a mix-up and they would send it out immediately. More weeks passed. After numerous calls to them, after not receiving the product, I just requested a refund. They claimed they had attempted to send it my home and my mailing address.
To this date, I have not recieved nothing. I tried writing both their Phoenix office and their Dallas, TX headquarters (P.O. Box 420548 zip 75342) and they still don't respond. Of course, I contact the Better Business Bureau, about my complaint, and they did not respond to them either. They cost me time, aggravation and money.
