Raven Media aka The Raven Media Team attempted to steal several funds from my account. I signed up for a free C. D (S&H $2.29) on June 8. Checked my account today 6/17/08 and saw that this company attempted to take an additional unauthorized $39.95. I immediately called the number on the account, got a CSR named Joseph. He told me I was also in two other programs;Network Agenda @ $9.95 per mth and Express Business Funding @ $7.95 per mth. I didn't know what in the world he was talking about. It took all of 5 min and me raising my voice before he stated that he would have the NA & the EBF cancelled and with no charges. He also agreed to have the $39.95 plus the S&H of $2.29 refunded and gave me several confirmation numbers. I didn't believe him - I called my bank. Raven Media is practicing Fraud. The bank placed a dispute on the account, cancelled debit transaction and will be sending me a new card. They also flagged the account for all three names NA, EBF, & GM. I written a letter to send to Raven Media, the BBB, and the bank. I will also send one to the state of Nevada, my state, and the US goverment if neccessary!
