I ordered two subscriptions as Christmas gifts for elderly relatives/friends Dec. 10/11. I paid for both using pay pal. The company states up to 12 weeks may be needed before service starts. I sent an email April 16 and May 3/12 stating the service had not started for either subscription and to date (May 19/12) have received only an auto-reply.
Pay Pal dispute was opened May 18/12 however it is past their 45 day limit for disputes. (Don't think they should take payments from this type of business).
