Cashed check but did not send subscriptions

On Dec 1 I sent In Touch magazine a check for four (4) subscriptions to give as Christmas presents.
They cashed the check, but nobody got their subscription.
I have written four emails asking about the status of the subscriptions, but have not received a single reply.
There is no telephone number listed either on their website or in the magazine, making it impossible to talk to a real person.
Warning! Stay away from this magazine. It is a rip off.
