Recently I needed a fence leveled as the ground had shifted since I first put it in and since Eagle Fence was the company that put the fence in originally, I thought I would give them the job.
Well it took nearly 11 weeks for them to just do a leveling and on top of that, I have on my statement of work a line to replace the latch on the front gate and they refuse to do it. So I am left with having to hold the gate shut so the dogs don't get out with bungee cords basically because they also stripped out the bolts on the front latch, until I repair it myself.
I had previously complained to the BBB about this company because it was taking so long to complete something simple and they were very poor at communicating what was going on and why I was waiting so long.
It took several calls from myself to this company to find out what was going on with my fence repair and all I got was delays and them being upset because I complained about them.
My last contact with this company had either the owner or manager essentially disregarding my complaints about their service and refusing to finish the job I had already paid for as per their own statement of work.
Others in my neighborhood warned me about this company and there are several complaints about them on the BBB site and I wish I would of listened to my neighbors ahead of time. This company does not care one bit about customer service nor doing a job completely and per their own word.
