This company since day 1 was hell. They were going to move my stuff from New Jersey to Florida. They 1st, they gave me a quote over the phone of $1200.00 & when they came it ended up for $5,000.00, and I didn't have too much stuff. The guy in charge ask me for $700.00 in cash, which I wasn't told, for "gas". I went to get the $ at the nearest ATM and give it to him. He had 2 workers doing everything. After a little while I check some of my stuff and realize they stole from me a $3,000.00 diamond ring, and a $2,000.00 necklace with a diamond cross that I inherit from my grandmother.inmediately I called and flip out. I knew I wasn't going to get it back. I was and still devastated. And this is the beginning. The stuff got to Miami and I needed to have it storage for 2/3 months. The owner of the company, or whoever was this person already robbed me from outrageously overcharge me for the move. He said because of the inconvenience (the jewelry robbery) he would not charge me for the storage. When I finally receive my stuff from another company they wanted to charge me for gas. And to top it all when I finally start opening and looking for my stuff I realize half of my stuff was gone or broken. Table glasses broken, picture frames, big crystal frames. Microwave, vacuum, Home Theater, toaster, TV, everything, you name it, it was gone or broken, all I had was my furniture and some stuff left, and the most precious and important thing, my computer was taken too, where all my memories and files were. This has been one of the worst most painful experience of my life. Not only they stole my sentimental jewelry in the beginning, they super overcharge me, and robbed me again, almost everything. I am completely broken in pieces. Have no $ to buy all the stuff they kept but losing my computer was the worst because those where my memories, my life. I had a nervous breakdown, and ended up hospitalized. Never, ever again.: (
