Mike Messina contracted me as a marketing consultant, fell behind on paying my fees, then decided not to pay for services rendered, total due $999.61.
In January and February of I was contracted by Mike Messina as a marketing consultant to develop a canvass marketing program on a limited budget. Despite my fee, we negotiated a reduced rate for me to offer him more hours of work for less than I would normally be paid, with the promises of bonuses and increased pay once the program was fully implemented and successful.
I worked hard as a professional, sold him my marketing system, adapted it for his business, developed scripts, forms, and other materials, participated as a consultant for his commercials development, and trained his employees. I put in extra hours at home to go above and beyond my contract and give him a superior service and result.
For the first two weeks, Mike was late paying me.
