We were contacted by a person named Lester Morris in November whose company, Sales Agent USA (aka EMBEEM Incorporated), claimed they specialized in connecting companies with qualified sales people to represent their products. We are a small, family owned company and were looking to hire a couple of independent, qualified sales people in different regions at the time so their service appealed to us. Lester was very persistent and convincing about why we needed to join their "premium" service and how effective this would be for us because we would have someone from their company who worked one on one with us to learn exactly what type of sales person we were looking for in order for them to provide us with the best possible candidates.
He was so sure that we would love the service that he offered a 100 percent money back guarantee (his exact words). Long story short, we sent him $1098 in December (through Paypal) and have not received even ONE qualified lead as of May 16 for a sales person with experience in our industry. The person from their company that was supposed to work one on one with us to learn all about our company never even contacted us. The one thing they did do was to send out mass spam email campaigns to people not even remotely experienced in our industry.
We began complaining about the lack of results in January and had to chase Lester down with dozens of emails and phone calls, which were usually met with no response. When he finally did respond, he claimed that since we were "premium clients' that they were trying their best to reach out to sales people but there's no guarantee that we would get any results. We have exhausted every possible avenue to communicate and cooperate with this company in order to receive what we paid for but have come to the conclusion that this is a scam and they never had any intention of providing the services promised.
