Company claimed to be a lead providing agency. Charged $550 per week for a guarantee of 5 to 10 new qualified sales leads per week. Company was hired to make the required calls and provide a quality sales lead to our company.
First leads that were provided were no better then using a phone book to find people. Customers new nothing about our company or why we were calling them. Customers had no interest in the products we were offering and had said they had informed the person on the phone about this.
After paying for 6 weeks of my 10 week contract I had received 3 viable sales leads I quit paying (should have done that after the first week but I am a reputable business owner that does honour contracts.)
Spoke with the company VP to no avail explained that I wanted my money back for services not provided. They informed me that they would once again guarntee that I received quality leads and that the rep assigned to my account was let go.
New Rep same issues, spoke with president, he too made similar statements saying he would look into and call back.
After 18 months no leads no refund, no leads.
Numerous calls, dozens of emails. People need to be aware about these types of businesses.
