Crazy Contacts is owned by The 123 Group who runs multiple other businesses as well.
On 4 April I submitted my order for two pairs of contact lenses, costing me $50 S/H.
Money was paid in full, confirmation e-mail received.
The shipping method chosen cites international orders as being received within 7-10 days.
I have still not received my parcel in the mail.
I e-mailed the company regarding this situation and they ignored me. E-mailed them again... Was ignored again. E-mailed them a third time and they finally got back to me: told me they'd send me a tracking number within the next 48 hours (because apparently it takes two days to copy & paste a sequence of numbers into an e-mail).
This was on Wednesday (9 April). I still don't have a tracking number.
I am filing this report on 15 April to state that I have still not received a response from them, nor my parcel.
