In March I placed an order with Cozmo Graphics for a large quantity of custom buttons. I required them by May 5, but e-mails inquiring as to the status were not answered. Finally, Shayna responded to an e-mail at the end of April, stating I would have them by May 5.
That date came and went, I received no order, and I filed a Paypal complaint, and received an immediate response - Michael was apologetic for the error and the order was rushed out by UPS. I received the order, however many of the quantities were off. Again, Michael was apologetic, and refunded partial payment by Paypal (the method which I used to pay). He offered a discount on future orders, and maintained quality customer service.
1 year later, and against my better judgement, I placed another order for a lesser quantity - hoping they would live up to their promises. The order was placed and paid on March 12. I received no confirmation of the order, and e-mailed several times (every 3-4 days) requesting a confirmation and status. As of April 24, I have received no reply. I initiated another Paypal complaint on April 18, and they haven't even responded in the dispute console.
Cozmo Graphics is hosted and operated by Marshmallow Media. Payment goes to [email protected] via Paypal. Both web sites are registered through domains by proxy, meaning the registrant information is private. I have no last names, no phone number, no means of contacting them outside of unanswered e-mail, and little recourse. My Paypal dispute is pending. I may be out $165 if Paypal can't recover the fees.
AVOID them at all costs! And if anyone has successfully dealt with this company, or has contact information, please let me know!
