On 9-24-10 I ordered sunglasses. On about 10-13 I sent them back because they sent frames with clear lenses installed and sunglass lenses, which a representative told me to "snap in." When I attempted to do so, the force required cracked the sunglass lens.
On 10-20 they e-mailed and told me it would be $12.50 to send the right product. I e-mailed them back immediately and told them to forget it, it was their mistake. They immediately e-mailed apology for trying to charge shipping, admitted it was their mistake and stated they would be sending sunglasses with correct lenses ASAP.
On 11-4 I e-mailed asking where they were. On 11-8 they e-mailed stating sunglasses would ship 11-8 or 11-9.
On 11-24, having received nothing, I e-mailed stating this was not a good transaction and asking them to suggest a resolution.
On 12-4 I sent an e-mail stating "Still waiting." I received auto-generated e-mail response stating I would receive a response within 24 hours. On 12-7 I received a notice that my order had been shipped with a tracking number, etc.
A few days later I received a package containing the items I had returned to Go-Optic.com in October. I called a was assured they would look into it and call back. No call back yet - 1-1-11.
