I bought two batteries from Wal Mart last year. I delivered both batteries in 2011. The worker didn't examine both batteries, he visited the ledge and got two batteries, rung them up, and explained that it'd be $168.00 dollars. I informed him that I had been not likely to spend 168.00 bucks for that batteries and that I questioned him just how much was the little battery and he explained “I didn’t need to purchase the little battery, and that I questioned him concerning the bigger battery, and he explained that used to do not need a receipt for that bigger battery, and he couldn't trade it with no unique bill.
I asked him to check on the pc for my telephone number and title and he declined to do this. I came across my bill in July and required it back again to the shop and also the Car-Supervisor stated “I am sorry we can not trade your battery.” the bill have terminated. I told the mangaer exactly what the clerk explained. The clerk was to SLUGGISH to check on for my title and telephone number after I first introduced the batteries in. The supervisor in the Lufkin, Tx shop didn't recommed the worker. Their remarks were ‘I AM SORRY, THAT I CAN'T ASSIST YOU TO.
