These people are bandits and thieves. They scheduled my move for a "two-day window", for which I took off 4 days (from my new job) to return to my home state and await the arrival of a moving truck. No truck on day 1. No truck on day 2. No return phone calls from Team USA. Nothing.
I finally had to arrange for another moving company to haul my belongings to the East Coast. This cost me an extra $ 400.00. Once I finally had my things, I began the futile quest to retrieve the "deposit" of $ 600.00, which I was told I MUST overnight to them in order to get moved at the quoted rates.
I have continued to call and on the off chance that a real person answers the telephone, I have been put on hold interminably, with no refund ever placed in my mailbox.
IF anyone has any suggestions for getting my money back, I'd appreciate it.
