I purchased a pair of Nike shoes. I asked for help locating a pair of shoes. The sales assoc was able to assit me but was pushy about completing their survey that after I put the coupon/survey in the outside pocket of my purse, she attempted to push it back in the pocket reminding me to complete it. Then when I went to the checkout counter the man pushed my purse aside so that he could lay something on the counter. Do people know you don't touch a woman's purse. It's like taking a wallet out of a man's back pocket. He was so busy with his phone call while finishing the transaction that he forgot to take off the anti-theft ink tag. He also made a point to remind me to complete the survey AGAIN and that if I gave a bad review the sales clerk "would get her butt in big trouble" along with his. I didn't realize the tag was still on there until after we were home. Of course I called, they apoligized and I had to drive another 17 miles back to the store to have the tag removed. Then when I returned the next day the same man was helping someone else at the counter. He must of recognized me and asked "Didn't you have a big pair of plyers to remove the tag?" I proceed to tell that I didn't think it was funny that I had to drive 17 miles back because he was to busy on his phone call to remove it. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I was willing to let everything go until he made that comment. If they want people to complete their survey's and be so pushy about it. You would think they would do everything to make the customers visit at least satisfactory. But I guess this store doesn't work that way. All just for a pair shoes for my son.
