I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 2011 shoes. I emailed Nike and asked them for advice before I purchased them. I was told these would be great!!! I ran in them 1 time and they were horrible. I called Nike and told them. I was told to send them back. I was told that Nike stands behind their products and would exchange them. I spent $18.10 to send them back. I actually sent them Back to Nike CEO Mark Parker. I enclosed a note saying I'd like to exchange them and what was wrong. I recieved the shoes back today with a letter from Nike Consumer affairs stating that they would not exchange them. They were nice enough to suggest several other Nike shoes for me to buy. I have worn Nike shoes all my life. I will never buy another Nike product again. Nike President and CEO Mark Parker did not bother to respond. He passed the buck on to his consumer affairs. Nike dropped the ball on this one.
